About Sales, Discounts & Pricing calculators
Margin and markup are often confused. Markup is profit divided by cost; margin is profit divided by price. Variants handle sales tax and VAT included in the price and show how a discount erodes margin and how much extra volume it takes to recover it.
Shopper tools stack two or three discounts, compare Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals, work out percent off, and estimate cash back and PayPal fees. A Luhn check-digit tool validates numbers.
Getting pricing right
Decide whether you think in margin or markup, then use the Margin and Markup Calculator to convert between them. The Margin With Discount Calculator shows how a discount cuts margin and how much extra volume is needed to break even.
Shoppers can stack offers with the Double Discount Calculator and Triple Discount Calculator, and check holiday deals with the Black Friday Calculator before buying.

Is sales tax included?
Only where a tool has a tax field. Enter your own local rate because it varies by location.
Is 20% plus 10% off the same as 30% off?
